KEY TIMINGS*
Thursday 16 January
2.00pm – 5.30pm: Track open for athletes to use
2.00pm – 5.30pm: Team pack pick up and Merchandise tent open
6.30pm: Officials/ Volunteers Meeting

Friday 17 January
7.45am: Team Managers Meeting, by gear shed
8.15am: Athletes assemble
8.30am: Team march past
8.50am: Official opening
9.25am: Competition commences

Saturday 18 January
9.00am: Competition commences

Sunday 19 January
9.00am: Competition commences

PARTICIPATION PACKS
Team packs will be available for Team Managers to collect between 2.00pm-5.30pm on Thursday 16 January, from the hub building (officials lounge area). They will include pre-ordered programmes, relay team confirmation sheets, scratching forms, athlete bibs, safety pins and ribbons. Discount vouchers and any products provided by sponsors will also be in the team packs.

MARCH PAST & OPENING CEREMONY
All athletes, team members and available officials must meet before the March Past at 8:30am. Opening Ceremony commences at 8:50am.

MERCHANDISE
A range of Colgate Games merchandise will be available to purchase onsite, see site map for merchandise location. (EFTPOS Only)

Pre-ordered t-shirts can be collected from Thursday 9 January from the merchandise area.
A limited number of t-shirts will also be available to purchase onsite during the 2025 Colgate Games.
