How to Watch the 2025 Sir Graeme Douglas International

The 2025 Sir Graeme Douglas International is an afternoon of sporting action not to be missed. The fourth stop on the Summer Circuit brings top Kiwi and International athletes to Auckland for the city’s only World Athletics Continental Tour Bronze meeting!
With some of New Zealand’s top talent and international stars competing, you can catch all the excitement live on Athletics NZ’s YouTube channel or Sky Sport 7 (Channel 57).
Here are some standout athletes and events to keep an eye on:
- Tom Walsh & Jacko Gill (Shot Put): New Zealand’s world-class shot put duo are heading to the Sir Graeme Douglas International. Each is a three-time Olympian, and Walsh has Olympic, world, and Commonwealth medals. It’ll be a battle of the strong men at Trusts Arena.
- Anna Grimaldi (100m): The Paralympic champion is set to fly down the track as she heads to Auckland this summer. While Anna’s Gold in Paris was a nation-stopping moment, she also claimed a thrilling bronze over the 100m T47.
- Tiaan Whelpton (100m): Fresh off running New Zealand’s fastest-ever 60m to qualify for the 2025 World Indoor Championships, Whelpton is set to light the track on fire in his first major 100m of the season!
- Lex Revell-Lewis (400m): The Kiwi number one over 400m has come within 0.02s of breaking the NZ 400m Record of 46.09s. Will Lex break the record this weekend? Will he be the first Kiwi to dip under the age of 46? Tune in to find out!
- Bree Rizzo AUS (nee Masters) (100m): Bree took the Sir Graeme Douglas International 100m title in 2024, will she retain the title in 2025? She ran her fastest-ever time here in 2023 of 11.23, will she go faster this Sunday?
