Rawhiti Cross Country Races, Incorporating Jane Paterson 2022, Rawhiti Domain – 21 May 2022
Eva Pringle won the senior women 6km in 23:38 from Anne McLeod 23:56 and Natalie Dryden 25:58. The senior men 9km went to Cameron Clark in 30:48 from Chanel Muir 31:00 and Thomas Richards 32:21.

Master men 9km Alex Kelliher 33:17, Richard Bennett 35:26, Simon Kerr 35:30. Master women 6km Jessica Campbell 26:41, Tracy Croft 27:20, Fiona Dowling 28:04. Men U20 6km Henry McMecking 20:55, under 18 4.5km Daniel Prescott 15:25. Women U20 4.5km Megan Foster 19:30, U18 Niamh Motley 18:40.

DUNEDIN

Leith Cross Country Relays and Ponydale Challenge, Pony Club, Three Mile Hill – 21 May 2022
Leith won the 4x4km relay in 59:43 with their team of Janus Staufenberg 13:58, Corey Lewis 15:44, Hamish McKinlay 16:08, Liam Chesney 13:53. Hill City University second in 1:02:58 and Leith master men third in 1:06:23.

Ariki mixed Green with Mike Horne 9:00, Eddie Smith 8:27, Xaviour Walker 7:52 and Will Smith 7:30 won the 4x2km relay. Cavy senior women with Kirsty Eyles 8:26, Becky De La Harpe 8:16, Claire Anderton 9:15 and Laura Bungard 8:37 were second in 34:34 and Ariki mixed white were third in 34:54.

In the Ponydale Challenge in which runners run as many laps as they can while the relays are in progress ending with the last relay runner, Matthew Adams ran 16 laps (32km) in 2:36:44.
