All athletes who entered the games, including the relay only option will be listed in the club document sent to Team Managers to select their relay teams, once entries close.

How do I notify you of Team Manager details?

Clubs will receive a collated list of their entries from Monday 13th November. From that list, you will have until Friday 17th to advise us of your relay teams, declare your team managers and provide their contact details. Please remember that Team Managers must have completed the Athletics NZ membership as a community volunteer or coach. You will receive a separate invoice for your relay teams which must be paid by 20th December.

How do I enter as a para athlete?
Enter the Games using the standard entry link. There will be a question where you can declare as a para athlete and then send us details of how we can best support you at the Games. If you are entering an athlete with a disability, they must either:

a) Hold a current Provisional Classification*
b) Hold a current National or International Classification
c) Apply for a Provisional Classification*

To apply for a provisional classification, or for more information on the classification process, please contact the Athletics New Zealand Classification Coordinator (021 0223 7776) or check the Conditions of Entry.

*Provisional classifications are temporary classifications allocated to an athlete and are valid until such time the athlete can be classified by a National Classification panel; or for a maximum of four years until they leave school. A provisional classification may be subject to change upon National Classification assessment by the sports specific classification panel.
