Event schedule: The schedule of events can be found within the conditions of entry here. Please note they are not listed in any order but are an indication of which session each event will be held in. Full details including lane draws and times can be found in the programme available for purchase online or at the Games.

Relay Teams: Once entries close (10 November) the club receive the entry list of athletes to select and submit their relay teams. Clubs will enter their relay teams based on this information and return to us by Friday 17th November. 

Spectators: Tickets are available to pre-purchase online or at the gate.

Athlete packs: Team packs will be available for Team Managers to collect between 1.00pm-4.00pm on Thursday 11 January. They will include relay team confirmation sheets, competitor numbers, safety pins for competitor bibs, competitor numbers and ribbons. Discount vouchers and any products provided by sponsors will also be in the team packs.

Pre-ordered programmes and spectator gate passes can also be collected at this time.

Event Programme: A limited number of programmes will also be available to purchase at the merchandise tent for $15. There won’t be an online version this year.

Event t-shirts: These should be pre-ordered online at the time of entry. An extra stock of t-shirts of all sizes will also be available to buy onsite, but stocks are limited. In case any size is sold out, it will still be possible for kids to try one of our sample t-shirts for size and order to get it delivered to your home address. Note that there will be an extra cost of $5 to cover the delivery expenses.

Tent sites: Within athlete warmup area adjacent to track along eastern fence line (Butts Road). No booking required, first in first served.

Parking: Free parking has been arranged on rugby Field 4 with access via Harbour Terrace.  Mobility parking is available off Logan Park Drive in the Stevenson Centre carpark (via a one-way system due to road closure) and on Butts Road near track entrance. 

Alternatively, there is plenty of parking available around the streets, Logan Park High School, Signal Hill Reserve, Forsyth Bar Stadium (Pay & Display).  Our recommendation is to use the FREE parking via Harbour Terrace.

Athlete Warm up area: Field adjacent to track.

Health & Safety
The event will have health & safety provisions in place
No glass bottles will be allowed onsite
The Colgate Games is an alcohol free, smoking and vape free event.
Pets are not allowed inside the arena with the exemption of service dogs.

Water station and vendors: A variety of food trucks will be available onsite, including coffee, street food, ice-cream & churros. More details coming soon.

Merchandise: A range of Colgate Games Merchandise will be available to purchase at the venue.
