2024 Event schedule: The schedule of events can be found within the conditions of entry here. Please note they are not listed in any order but are an indication of which session each event will be held in. Full details including lane draws and times can be found in the programme available for purchase online or at the Games.

Relay Teams: Once entries close (10 November) the club receive the entry list of athletes to select and submit their relay teams. Clubs will enter their relay teams based on this information and return to us by Friday 17 November. 

Spectators: Tickets are available to pre-purchase online or at the gate.

Adult (15+ years) one day pass – $8.50
Adults (15+ years) 3 day pass – $21
Children under the age of 15 are free
Pre-purchased spectator tickets will be available to collect from 1pm Thursday 4 January at the John Walker Lounge. Please download or print off your ticket confirmation for collection.

Gate entry on the day (eftpos only)
Adult (15+ years) one day pass – $10
Adults (15+ years) 3 day pass – $25
Children under the age of 15 are free

Athlete packs: Team packs will be available for Team Managers to collect between 1.00pm-4.00pm on Thursday 4 January. They will include pre-ordered programmes and event t-shirts, relay team confirmation sheets, scratching forms, athlete bibs, safety pins and ribbons. Discount vouchers and any products provided by sponsors will also be in the team packs.

Event programme: A limited number of programmes will also be available to purchase at the merchandise tent for $15. An online version is not available.

Event t-shirts: These should be pre-ordered online at the time of entry. An extra stock of t-shirts of all sizes will also be available to buy onsite, but stocks are limited. In case any size is sold out, it will still be possible for kids to try one of our sample t-shirts for size and order to get it delivered to your home address. Note that there will be an extra cost of $5 to cover the delivery expenses.

Tent site: Mt Smart Stadium has limited space for 3×3 sized tents in two designated places that will be marked out. Sites will be allocated on arrival and no responsibility will be taken for lost or broken tents.

Parking around Mt Smart Stadium:Free parking can be accessed via Maurice Rd. This is available on a first come basis. Please note that as Mt Smart is located in a business district the roads may be busy on the Friday so allow time to access surrounding street parking.  There will be drop off only access via Beasley Ave however no parking will be available except for registered mobility pass holders. There is no Athlete access from O’Rourke Rd. This will be restricted to officials with registered carparking passes.

Athlete warm up area: The warm up area is located on Field 5 behind the John Walker Lounge. An adult must accompany any athlete in the designated throws warm up area. Athletes found to be throwing without an accompanying adult may be shown a yellow card and risk disciplinary action. This is a health and safety issue that will be strictly enforced.

Health & Safety
The event will have health & safety provisions in place
No glass bottles will be allowed onsite
The Colgate Games is an alcohol free, smoking and vape free event.
Pets are not allowed inside the arena with the exemption of service dogs.

Merchandise: A range of Colgate Games Merchandise will be available to purchase at the venue.

Water Station and Vendors: water bottle filling stands will be located around the arena. Onsite caterers will provide a range of food truck options including ice cream, coffee, and hot food.
